The CRNR Liftable Boxing Ring with Integrated Heavy Bag System is a complete, freestanding training system developed for combat sports clubs that require maximum functionality within limited space — without compromising quality, safety, or training experience.

The system combines a liftable boxing ring with a solid steel frame and an integrated heavy bag rail system, where the heavy bags hang on sliding tracks and can easily be moved aside or positioned for use.

When the ring is lowered, the setup functions as a full professional boxing ring for competition and sparring. When raised, the floor space is freed up, allowing the area to be used for heavy bag training, technical drills, circuit training, and group sessions.
