Size selection
For sparring we recommend 14oz for athletes under 75KG and 16oz for athletes over 75KG.
For punching on boxing pads and punching bags, we recommend 10oz for athletes under 75KG and 12oz for athletes over 75KG.
If you want a glove that is in between so you can use them for everything, some for sparring and some for punching bags, we recommend the following.
12oz for athletes under 75KG and 14oz for athletes over 75KG, then you have a glove that is not too heavy and slow for punching pads and punching bags. The boxing gloves will also offer enough protection for both you and your training partner during sparring.
